NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly regarded and expanding Wealth Management firm in Wakefield that is seeking an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join its established Client Support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-focused Financial Services Administrator looking to take on a senior position within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while also supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the team.

The Role

Working closely with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and fellow support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support across a broad range of financial planning services. You will also assist with training, coaching and supporting colleagues to ensure service standards remain consistently high.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to Advisers and clients
• Processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals and policy alterations
• Preparing client documentation, application forms and supporting paperwork
