Senior In-House Civil Litigation Lawyer

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Senior Lawyer (Civil Litigation) to lead a diverse civil litigation caseload and provide expert advice to officers and elected Members. You will handle contractual, property disputes, debt recovery and judicial review matters, while drafting documents and instructing Counsel as needed.

You will join a supportive in-house Litigation Team, shaping practice, mentoring colleagues, and delivering high-quality legal services across the organisation.
