Senior In-House Counsel — Asset Management & Funds

Fry & Brown, a respected investment management business, is seeking a senior in-house lawyer to join its legal team in London. You will work closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice on strategic initiatives, funds and investment management, regulatory developments and corporate governance.

This role spans corporate, regulatory, fund product and transactional matters across multiple jurisdictions.
