Senior In-House Legal Counsel – Commercial & Regulatory

Core-Asset Consulting is seeking a legal professional to advise on commercial, regulatory and corporate matters in the UK. You will identify and escalate regulatory risks, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and support governance alongside the Company Secretariat team.

The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with compliance initiatives, handling contractual disputes, and coordinating with external counsel on key projects.
