Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Head of Industrial Relations for the Hinkley Point C project, based in Bridgwater, Somerset. This full-time, permanent role provides strategic leadership across IR activities, ensuring productive relationships with trade unions, effective workforce engagement, and resolution of complex employee matters.

You will influence senior stakeholders across multiple organisations to support a high-performing, engaged workforce. BPSS clearance is required.
