Senior Industrial Relations Leader – Nuclear Projects

Altrad is seeking a Head of Industrial Relations to lead and shape our IR strategy across the MEH Programme at Hinkley Point C. You will engage with recognised stakeholders, manage industrial action risks, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

The role requires at least five years in industrial relations leadership within a unionised environment, CIPD qualification, and the ability to secure BPSS-level clearance.
