Senior Inquest Solicitor – Healthcare & Regulatory Defence

Weightmans is seeking a qualified solicitor to manage a caseload of inquest files for NHS clients, care homes and other organisations. The role is primarily based in London with hybrid working and national travel.

The role includes attending inquest hearings, advocating at pre-inquest reviews and inquests, and meeting clients and witnesses to prepare for hearings. There is potential involvement in broader healthcare advisory work.
