Senior Interaction Designer — Remote, High-Impact UX Systems

Version 1 is seeking a Senior Interaction Designer to shape how users interact with digital services. You will define flows, behaviours and interface patterns that are intuitive, accessible and aligned with modern design standards.

You will bridge design and engineering, ensure feasibility and high‑quality implementation, collaborate with researchers and developers, apply the GOV.UK Design System and WCAG 2.2, and contribute to end‑to‑end service design.
