Senior Java Backend Engineer — Spring Boot, Hybrid

Scrumconnect Consulting, based in Swansea, Wales, seeks an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise to design and build scalable backend systems for large-scale, standards-driven digital platforms in the public sector.

You will design, develop and maintain backend services, build RESTful APIs, and contribute to architectural decisions, while ensuring performance, security and CI/CD integration within a hybrid on-site model (three days on-site in Swansea).
