Senior Account Manager - North Tyneside - Permanent staff position - Office-based - £40,000 - £45,000 per annum A leading print & packaging business is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to head up the client services function, ensuring high-quality support for key client accounts. The role focuses on supervising day-to-day team activities, coaching colleagues to follow standardised processes, resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver smooth end-to-end workflow across Estimating, Job Creation, Planning, Production, Finance and Commercial.
