A leading print & packaging business is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to head up the client services function, ensuring high-quality support for key client accounts.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Proven experience in a customer service/client services leadership role
- A background in the print and/or packaging industries
- Track record of coaching and developing others
- Familiarity with technical or process-led customer enquiries
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the customer service team in day-to-day activities, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on time.
- Taking the lead on select key client accounts
- Mentor and develop team members to follow procedures, develop skills, and maintain first class standards. xwzovoh
- Provide support on technical queries & process questions
- Accurately & efficiently handling any client complaints and related finance queries
- Promoting inter-department collaboration to ensure smooth end-to-end workflow
