Senior Land Access Lead — Infrastructure & Energy Projects

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Land Access professional to lead land consenting and assembly projects across major infrastructure initiatives in the Cardiff area. You will secure land access, coordinate surveys, and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality documentation.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of UK land access requirements (S172s, permits) and experience in energy or infrastructure sectors, with a track record of leading
