Senior Lawyer – Adults

Responsibilities

• Support clients by advising adult social care and community health teams.
• Provide legal advice across a wide area of adult services / social care law.
• Deal with complex matters within your caseload.
• Advise and provide assistance on higher level strategic / policy issues.
• Collaborate within the adult legal team.

Requirements

• Admitted as a practising Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of CILEX (or equivalent) with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
• Suitable training as a legal advisor / advocate.
• Experience of handling complex / competing matters.
