Our team represents individuals facing a wide range of occupational illnesses — from NIHL and HAVS to occupational asthma, WRULD and other complex disease conditions. What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage a varied Multi Track caseload from initial instruction through to trial, developing strategies, leading investigations and confidently handling complex litigation. You’ll also play a key role in supporting colleagues by offering technical guidance and helping to embed best practice. While this isn’t a formal management role, your expertise will help others grow and contribute to a collaborative, learning‑driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from qualified lawyers with:

  • Proven experience in industrial disease litigation (NIHL, HAVS, asthma, WRULD, stress‑related injuries or similar)
  • Strong Multi Track expertise, including funding, costs and complex litigation
  • A coaching mindset, with the ability to guide and support colleagues
  • A compassionate approach and excellent client‑care skills
