Senior Lawyer, Fitness to Practise (Remote/Hybrid)

Morgan Hunt are recruiting a Senior Lawyer (Fitness to Practise) for a Professional Regulatory Body. This remote/hybrid role focuses on providing trusted legal advice across Triage, Investigations and FtP stages, assisting transformation and case progression in a high-volume environment.

The candidate will be a solicitor, barrister or CILEX fellow with strong professional regulation experience, capable of delivering pragmatic options and policy guidance to operational teams.
