You will be joining and leading a small but busy accounts team, and will be responsible for all cashiering duties, reporting into the Practice Manager. Senior Legal Cashier Responsibilities: Processing client and office account transactions Processing bills and client payments Perform daily bank reconciliations Processing CHAPS, BACS, and cheque payments Managing credit card transactions Monitoring and managing client account balances Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments Responsible for month-end processes and VAT Returns Other cashiering and accounts tasks as and when required Senior Legal Cashier Experience Required Experience as a legal Cashier in a law firm environment Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong organisational skills and communication skills Why Should you Apply?
