Senior Legal Counsel – Banking SaaS & Contracts

Engine by Starling seeks a UK-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE in banking SaaS and commercial contracts. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating client-facing agreements, supplier contracts, and data protection matters within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

You will work with the Engine Legal Team reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, engaging with senior stakeholders and external counsel as needed, including involvement in international expansion and cross‑jurisdiction matters.
