Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts & Data

UCAS is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in the UK to handle significant commercial contracts and data governance matters. You will provide risk-based, pragmatic legal advice to enable UCAS to meet its objectives and support the wider legal and governance teams.

You will draft, negotiate and advise on important contracts, develop templates, and mentor junior colleagues, all within a hybrid 35-hour week at our Cheltenham office.
