Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Tech & AI (Hybrid)

LHH is partnering with a major UK organisation to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel who will shape high-value commercial relationships across a large, complex business.

This role focuses on heavy commercial contracts, leading negotiations in technology, SaaS, IT, digital transformation, outsourcing and other complex agreements. You will work with senior leadership, providing pragmatic legal advice that supports growth while managing risk.
