Senior Legal Counsel – Construction & High-Value Procurements

Executive Network Legal Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead construction and infrastructure contracting on major programmes, with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office / 2 days at home). You will advise on procurement, contracts and commercial matters at a strategic level.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with substantial PQE, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior leaders while coordinating with external advisers and budgets.
