Senior Legal Counsel — FMCG M&A & Compliance Leader

Michael Page Legal is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its London leadership team, based in Uxbridge. The role will help build and develop the legal function, partnering with senior executives across the business and supporting strategic M&A activity.

The successful candidate will be a UK-qualified solicitor with extensive corporate and commercial experience in FMCG, adept at drafting and negotiating contracts, managing legal risk, and advising on regulatory compliance and data protection.
