Senior Legal Counsel – Hospitality Franchise (12M FTC)

Accor is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating franchise and hotel management agreements, with legal support across the UK, Ireland and Nordics.

The ideal candidate has substantial PQE in hospitality or franchising, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills. You will advise on cross-border transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage external advisers while developing standardized
