Senior Legal Counsel M&A & Corporate Matters

Taylor Root is partnering with an international business to hire a Senior Legal Counsel on a 12 month FTC starting in October. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you'll support a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters across the business.

The role will involve supporting corporate transactions, M&A activity and strategic projects as required. The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with 5+ PQE and a strong background in corporate and commercial law.
