Senior Legal Counsel Property Development & Leases (London)

Michael Page Legal seeks a Senior Legal Counsel in London with 7+ years of commercial property experience. The role is sole counsel for the London office, advising on UK sales, leasing, planning, development, disputes, and corporate compliance for the Group.

You will draft and negotiate leases, conduct title searches, manage acquisitions/disposals, and liaise with regulators and external counsel. The position is on-site, reporting to the Group General Counsel.
