They are looking for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful office in Buckhurst Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of an established business. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, matching applicants with suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process. While this position is primarily focused on lettings, our client is keen to speak with candidates who also have experience in residential sales, as the role offers the opportunity to support both departments when required.
