We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Sales Negotiator to join an established residential property team based in Woodford Green.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional who enjoys working with vendors and buyers, generating new opportunities and progressing property sales through to completion.

The role would suit someone who is commercially driven, confident negotiating and committed to delivering excellent client service.

The Role

As a Senior Property Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing property sales and supporting the wider team in achieving branch targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion

• Registering and qualifying prospective buyers

• Arranging and conducting property viewings

• Following up applicants and identifying suitable property matches

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion

• Maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyers

• Providing advice on local market conditions and pricing
