Senior Maintenance Lead - On-Site Renewable Plant

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for a key site in West Wales. You will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance and lead on reliability of CHP engines and plant equipment to ensure continuous operation.

The role offers £40,000–£50,000 per year, a long-term opportunity within a growing renewable energy facility that processes waste into biogas and feeds electricity to the National Grid. You will work closely with the General Manager in a small team.
