Senior Major Incident Manager – On-Call for Critical IT

Lorien in Belfast, Northern Ireland, is expanding its Major Incident Management function. We are seeking experienced professionals to join a high-performing Technical Command Centre to manage critical IT incidents across enterprise environments.

You will chair incident bridge calls, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive service restoration while maintaining clear communications with leadership. On-call and shift-based work form part of the role.
