Senior Management Accountant

The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a growing and well-established organisation. Working closely with the CFO, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting business performance, and helping to develop a proactive and commercially focused finance function.This position offers significant exposure across the business and would suit an ambitious finance professional seeking a broad and varied role within a collaborative environment.Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts.
• Take ownership of P&L and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting process.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Analyse profitability, performance trends and commercial opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve financial understanding and performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and controls.
• Support year-end audit requirements and statutory reporting activities.
• Coach and support members of the wider finance team.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and business initiatives.
