Senior Manufacturing Engineering Leader - Lean, NPI

Datasource Recruitment is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team and drive manufacturing process improvement across their products business.

You’ll need a strong background in Lean/Six Sigma, New Product Introduction, and electromechanical manufacturing environments. This is a senior leadership role with real scope to make an impact. Working pattern is hybrid – four days on site per week.
