Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Lead Innovation & Growth

TipTopJob is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead and manage a growing mechanical design team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will drive projects from concept to production and deliver high-quality CAD models using Autodesk Inventor, along with manufacturing drawings and BOMs.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing and Quality to ensure robust, cost-effective solutions and timely project delivery.
