Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Submarine Systems Hybrid

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer role at Babcock is based at Devonport Royal Dockyard with hybrid working. You will lead the mechanical design of complex fluid and pipework systems for UK submarine programmes, from concept through to decommissioning, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, supervise engineers, and deliver design, substantiation and safety documentation while working in a highly regulated environment.
