Senior Medical Negligence Litigation Executive - (Solicitor 3 years' + PQE)

A great new opportunity has come up for an experienced ClinicalNegligence Lawyer to join a well known litigation firm in Bolton!Offering a fantastic salary of up to £45,000, this role is perfect forqualified or non-qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyers with at least 3years' of experience.

This role will see you responsible for :

  • Handling your own varied caseload of both pre-litigated andlitigated Clinical Negligence files, including both fast and multi-trackmatters
  • Deal with cases independently and without supervision from start to finish
  • Support junior staff members to ensure that they are given the best possibilities for success
  • Work to targets set by the firm and ensure that these are met or exceeded at all times
  • Conduct relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim.
  • Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems
  • Correspondence and telephone calls
  • Reviewing files

Ideally, you will be an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer whohas dealt with these cases for at least 3 years. Whilst it is preferableto be a qualified solicitor this is not a necessity, although exposureto more complex multi-track files is essential.

You will be confident in litigation, and have the confidence toindependently work on your own caseload with little supervision(although there will be a support network in place).
