A leading provider in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems is now looking for a high-quality Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor based in London.The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will managing the costs, contracts, and financial aspects of MEP works throughout the projects.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to take ownership of the commercial function across a range of major schemes, including:- Data Centres- Commercial Fit Out- Shell & Core InfrastructureMajority of the work is in and around the London area, however due to some high-end projects with key clients it could take a successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to travel to EuropeWhat to expect:As a Senior MEP Quantity SurveyorManaging procurement and commercial delivery of major MEP packagesCost reporting, forecasting, and monthly valuations across large-scale data centre, Commercial Fit out, Shell and core and Life Science projectsSupporting contract administration under main contract and subcontract arrangementsManaging risks, valuations, payments and schedulesThe Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor?5-10+ years' experienceConfident when negotiating with clients, subcontractors and suppliersExcellent attention to detail and contractual knowledgeStrong xwzovoh MEP technical understandingConfidence in managing high value MEP packagesDecisive in decision making individually and within a teamWorks collaborativelyIn Return£100,00-£110,000 plus Car allowancePensionTravel supportExperienced company with ability to developPrivate healthcareEnhanced annual leaveLife assuranceIf you would like a conversation about the role, please contact Matt Pegg at DamicorREF: 958000 MP
