Senior Network Engineer - TSN & DDS

Location: Basildon (3-5 days per week onsite) Duration: 6 month contract Rate: £73.40ph LTD (Outside IR35) Role details: We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support our defence client on a contract basis. This is not a traditional enterprise networking role. We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked within systems integration, integration & test, trials, or mission-critical environments. Key Skills Required: ✅ Recent Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) experience ✅ DDS (Data Distribution Service) ✅ VLAN Configuration ✅ Network Architecture & Deployment ✅ Systems Integration / Integration & Test environments ✅ Real-time, deterministic or safety-critical networking Key Responsibilities not limited to: Develop and maintain network architecture for laboratory environments Support and maintain lab infrastructure and development areas Configuring systems according to Lead Systems Engineer requirements Support integration, testing and trials activities Job Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with recent experience of TSN (Time Sensitive Networking), DDS and VLAN Configuration.
