Senior Neurosurgical Product Manager — Growth & Launch

Stryker is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Neurosurgical portfolio in the UK & Ireland. You will translate priorities into commercial plans, drive growth and lead product launches with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Regulatory and Supply Chain.

You will build value propositions from customer insights, manage forecasts and budgets, and develop pricing aligned to market conditions. A strong emphasis on leadership, analytics and stakeholder engagement is required.
