ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Night Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Main duties of the job

To succeed, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. The role offers opportunities for career development through ongoing training, with possibilities to progress into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions within the organisation.
