Senior Nursing Leader — Quality, Safety & IPC

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Chief Nurse to provide senior nursing leadership, drive safety and quality, and support workforce development across the Trust.

The postholder will work with Operational Directors and Clinical Directors to embed nursing and patient safety priorities in strategic delivery, lead governance and risk management, and deputise for the Chief Nurse when required.
