Are you an experienced operational leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in primary care mental health services? We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join Turning Point and play a key role in leading our successful and innovative NHS Talking Therapies service in Wakefield.Our NHS Talking Therapies service supports people experiencing anxiety and depression, providing timely access to evidence-based psychological therapies that help people improve their wellbeing, build resilience and move forward in their lives.This is an exciting opportunity to operationally lead a committed, skilled and values-driven team, ensuring the service continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for the communities we support.The role is based in Wakefield, with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. Regular face-to-face working remains important, helping you build strong relationships, support a positive team culture and provide visible leadership across all levels of the service.
