Senior Org Design & Transformation Leader

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Organisational Effectiveness Senior Manager in a hybrid role, based across multiple UK sites. You will partner with executives to define priority initiatives, redesign operating models, and drive sustainable performance across the group.
