Your new company We are currently partnering with a leading organisation within the facilities management sector to recruit a Senior Partner Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to play a key role in managing strategic supplier relationships across a large, complex national contract environment. Your new role As Senior Partner Manager, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of service partners, ensuring strong commercial performance, operational delivery, and high-quality customer outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end supplier relationships, from sourcing and onboarding through to performance management and development Driving supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual requirements Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners Leading performance reviews, identifying risks, and implementing improvement plans Supporting tender processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations Providing commercial insight to support cost control and value optimisation Contributing to the development of supplier management frameworks, governance, and sourcing strategies Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across the supply chainThis is a mobile role requiring regular UK travel and offers significant exposure in a multi-contract, fast-paced environment.
