Senior Pension Administrator

Role Description

Our client are an established UK based firm who offer Pension, Employee Benefits and Actuarial services to range of SME clients and due to continued expansion and success are currently recruiting for a number of Senior Pension Administration positions across the UK.

As a Senior Pension Administrator within the Defined Benefit Pensions team you will be able to work either fully remotely or on a hybrid basis from a range of UK based offices in a full-time capacity.

The day-to-day responsibilities include advising on defined benefit pension schemes, managing pension administration processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and scheme rules. The role involves interpreting pension policies, calculating benefits, handling member queries, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to deliver accurate guidance, outstanding service, and successful outcomes for defined benefit pension projects.

Experience Needed

• Benefits Administration skills for managing defined benefit pension schemes and related employee benefits.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle member inquiries, explain complex pension information, and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
