Senior Performance & Service Improvement Lead

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a seasoned Performance and Service Improvement Manager for the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Division. The role drives performance excellence, guides data‑led decision making, and supports strategic redesign and IMTP delivery across the division.

The post is a fixed term/secondment for 18 months, with leadership of a Planning, Performance and Partnership Team and governance across services.
