Senior Planning & Policy Development Lead

Belfast City Council's Place & Economy Department – Planning & Building Control is recruiting for a permanent, full-time post in the Development Planning and Policy Section to support development management and policy work.

The role covers planning applications, enforcement, guidance updates, and delivery of planning services in line with statutory requirements and best-practice standards; applications from under-represented groups are actively encouraged.
