Senior Planning Solicitor – Hybrid, Local Authority

The Oyster Partnership is recruiting a Senior Planning Solicitor to support planning services for a Gloucestershire local authority. This initial 3-month contract offers flexible hybrid working and a busy, highly regarded legal team.

You will draft and negotiate Section 106 Agreements, advise on complex planning matters, and manage Judicial Review processes across three councils, attending Planning Committees and providing timely advice to officers and Members.
