Are you an experienced HCPC-registered podiatrist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded private podiatry clinic in Henley-on-Thames as a Lead Podiatrist , working within an existing patient base while helping to shape the next phase of the clinic's growth.
We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring colleagues, and delivering exceptional patient care. This is an established clinic with a strong reputation, offering the opportunity to build upon an already successful service.

Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum , dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload including routine and more complex podiatric conditions
Conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans
Providing clinical leadership and support to fellow podiatrists, Foot Health Practitioners and assistants
Supporting the development of clinical standards, policies and procedures
Delivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinic environment
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Contributing to service development and future growth of the clinic
Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term patient relationships
Required Qualifications & Skills:
HCPC-registered Podiatrist
BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification
Previous post-graduate experience within NHS and/or private practice settings
Confident managing a broad range of routine and complex podiatric conditions
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Ability to work independently while supporting the wider clinical team
