Senior Policy Research Fellow, Public Policy Leader

Cardiff University’s Wales Centre for Public Policy invites applications for a Senior Research Fellow to lead programmes of research and policy engagement. You will join the management group and share responsibility for shaping the centre’s future direction.

You will work with ministers and senior public service leaders to oversee research teams, commission external experts, and translate evidence into practical insights that inform decision making and improve public service outcomes.
