Senior Power Semiconductor Design Engineer (Si/SiC)

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Power Semiconductor Design Engineer to join our international client’s team in the Bedford area. The role focuses on designing and developing power semiconductor devices (silicon and SiC) for overvoltage and overcurrent protection, leading modeling, layout, testing, and qualification activities across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with product management, sales, and applications to define new products and improve processes, employing DOE, SPC, Six
