The Role

You will advise on a broad range of premium private client matters, including:

• Cross-border estate, succession, and inheritance planning for UHNW individuals and families
• Establishing, restructuring, and administering complex trusts, companies, and other wealth-holding vehicles
• International tax and succession planning matters
• Working closely with clients, family offices, tax advisers, trustees, and multi-jurisdictional counsel
• Supporting senior partners on significant mandates and contributing to business development initiatives

This is a client-facing role with the opportunity to build trusted adviser relationships and develop your profile in the private wealth market.

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong experience in private client law gained at a respected firm
• Exposure to UHNW individuals, international families, or cross-border matters
• Technically strong with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially astute, ambitious, and confident managing matters with increasing autonomy
