Senior Process Engineer

About the Role Are you a Senior Process Engineer looking for full operational autonomy without the management overhead? We are an established plastics manufacturing business based in Redditch, seeking a high-calibre Process Engineering Manager to take complete ownership of our site’s continuous improvement and environmental initiatives. In this standalone role (no direct reports), you will act as the technical authority for the plant. You will have full freedom to identify opportunities, analyse manufacturing data, and directly execute high-impact projects. You must be an action-oriented professional who thrives on hands-on delivery while possessing the credibility to present data-driven strategies directly to the executive team.
